After a tough playoff loss, Bills fans raised over $60k for Ravens player Mark Andrews’ charity, Breakthrough T1D, supporting Type 1 diabetes research and awareness.
Mark Andrews, a star player for the Ravens, had a rough game on Sunday when his team lost 27-25 to the Bills in the AFC playoffs.
He fumbled the ball and missed a chance to tie the game, which brought him a lot of criticism.

Bills Fans Show Their Support
After the game, Bills fans, known as “Bills Mafia,” started a GoFundMe to support Mark Andrews.
They decided to raise money for Breakthrough T1D, a charity close to Andrews’ heart.
This organization funds research and helps people living with Type 1 diabetes, a condition Andrews has had since he was nine years old.
The goal was to raise $18,000, but the fundraiser quickly grew, collecting over $60,000 so far.

Bills Fans’ Generosity
This isn’t the first time Bills fans have donated to help others.
They’ve raised money for Tua Tagovailoa’s foundation after he was injured, Lamar Jackson’s “Blessings in a Backpack” charity after a playoff game, and even supported charities related to referees after controversial calls.
